Suzhou Xunyan has finished prototype debugging and process verification for our new‑generation terminal strip welding machine. Optimized for continuous strip welding of connectors, the machine delivers improved welding consistency and stability. It supports various specifications of terminal‑strip butt welding, and can be integrated with our self‑developed rewind‑unwind unit and on‑line visual inspection station to form automatic production lines.

It is widely used in automotive‑electronics and consumer‑electronics component manufacturing. Custom‑tailored solutions are available for different production‑line conditions. Customers are welcome for sample testing and site visit.
